MU Property Management is pleased to announce it has entered into a management agreement with JM Holdings for two newly constructed residential buildings located at 335 and 337 Breaux Bridge Street in Shediac, New Brunswick. The agreement officially begins on November 1, 2025.

Developed and built by Anker Construction, the two buildings together comprise a total of 12 modern apartment units, with 6 units per building. Each suite features one bedroom and one bathroom, stainless steel appliances, and energy-efficient mini split heat pumps, offering residents comfortable and economical living in a sought-after location.

Completed in August 2025, both buildings are now fully leased, reflecting the strong demand for well-built, energy-efficient housing in the Shediac area.
