MU Property Management Enters Management Agreement with Ashford Living for Three Premier Properties in Moncton, NB

MU Property Management is pleased to announce that it has entered into a management agreement with Ashford Living for three newly developed residential properties located in Moncton, New Brunswick. The agreement officially begins on February 1, 2025.

The properties include:

• 25 Lorentz Street Moncton, NB– A 112-unit concrete building featuring one and two bedroom suites, completed in October 2024. This modern complex includes underground parking, a car wash bay, and premium amenities for residents seeking a blend of convenience and sophistication.

• 29 Campbell Street Moncton, NB – A 57-unit concrete building offering underground parking, high-end finishes, and spacious one and two bedroom suites. Its central location provides the same vibrant downtown experience that defines urban living in Moncton.

• 45 Gordon Street Moncton, NB – A 65-unit wood construction building featuring commercial tenants on the ground floor and underground parking. Ideally situated in downtown Moncton, residents enjoy walkable access to local shops, restaurants, and the Avenir Centre.
