MU Property Management Enters Management Agreement for Station 1 Suites in Moncton, NB

MU Property Management is pleased to announce it has entered into a management agreement with Terra Trust Hospitality for Station 1 Suites, a distinctive residential property located at 132 McLaughlin Drive in Moncton, New Brunswick. The agreement officially commenced on October 13, 2025.

Originally owned and operated by the City of Moncton Fire Department, the building has been fully reimagined and converted into a collection of modern, fully furnished suites. Each suite combines the comfort of home with the convenience of all-inclusive living — offering residents a turn-key lifestyle experience.

This partnership marks an exciting milestone for MU Property Management, as Station 1 Suites represents the company’s first property featuring fully furnished units since its founding in 2011.

The company has since shifted its focus toward long-term residential leasing, recognizing the growing demand for high-quality, furnished rentals in the Greater Moncton area.
